Rain ****ming us
I have been paying extra R70 on my normal premium plan for extra 1GB, 30min talk time and 20 SMSes but however Rain been allocating 2GB instead of 3GB, 60min instead of 90min and 100 SMS instead of 120 SMS and they still can't return me to normal premium of R624 while I'm paying R694... When they call they hung up

01 Sept 2025, 10:01My billing when I took Rain it was R599 then I added a plan with R70 so I can get 3GB, 90min and 120 SMS, I was paying R669 then you added R25 on the premium early this year to be R694 but you allocating 2GB, 60min and 100 SMS instead of 3GB, 90min and 120 SMS
