Rain ****ming old customers
Rain has still not been able to send invoices or statements regarding the outstanding amount they claimed exists. I would really like to understand how you hand someone over for collection without notification of an outstanding amount, invoices or statements or a letter of final demand which should be signed by the recipient. How can someone be expected to pay when no invoices or statements are provided. What kind of **** are you guys trying to pull.

I also want a letter from the collection company clearing the record. And most of all, I want an explanation as to why you believe you have the right to bully people by not following the correct processes.

Since your company didn't bother to follow the letter of the law I have tried very hard to get the necessary information from you to make payment. I will take this further to the necessary ombudsman.
