Rain milking consumers with technical tatics

I'm currently facing an ongoing issue with rain. It is purely down to a technical issue. I'm currently linked to a network tower that is located more than 4 km away when there is a tower that is 1.25km within my vicinity. I fully belive this is a tactic to milk consumers for money has this is not the service they advertised. This is purely to milk consumers for money without providing the service. I'm paying for this deal but I'm unable to use it at my place of residence. The main reason this was taken out was due to the lock down and having to spend more time at home. The response time on tickets being logged on their online portal is pathetic. The issue never gets resolved
