RAIN ****MERS AND ******

I canceled my service with Rain and now I am being told I owe R1785 for a service I have not used! Today 17 July 2024 they are telling me that "PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT YOUR ACCOUNT IS NOT CANCELED DUE TO AN OUTSTANDING AMOUNT OF R1785 THAT REQUIRES PAYMENT. PLEASE SETTLE THE ACCOUNT SO WE CAN PROCESS CANCELLATIONS" No one told me that when i called they told they will call me to make arrangement for picking their router and i'm still waiting for them to fetch it.

I have several issues with network and I USED ONCE YOUR ROUTER but now i owe that amount. PLEASE DON'T BE ****MERS PLEASE I DON'T OWE YOU
