I totally regret using their services, I have been out of network for over a day now and mind you I use this for work purposes…every month when it gets to the 26th it goes off and they tell you about towers being down yet we pay full amount for services we don’t get for almost 4days that’s how bad their services are, what’s even frustrating is that the call centre agents will make you try the same things knowing they don’t work…now I’m told I have been connected to a 4G tower bt I have no network more worse they have increased their prices
