Rain ****med me

I paid rain for their network services at 10:55 but around 11 told me they never received payment from me. At around 2pm sent prrof of payment waited for their response but at 4pm wifi was discontinued when l followed up l was told because the is outstanding of R555 the amount that l paid in the morning. I told them l have already paid and resent proof of payment l was told they would get back tk me and hold now. Even now l am still waiting for their assistance and response. I am done with rain l just want my refund. Last month l had the same issue even this month. I want my money back will find a better service provider. ***2
