Your service is utterly disgusting!

I complained that my Sim hasn't been working for +20 days and ypu deliver a new one that also doesnt work. When I call you straighy after delivery, you dont answer the phone for over +5 mins hold time. I called you throughout the whold weekend again and still no answer.

I try calling you Monday till today and you say my account is in arears and you say "Press 1 to Pay" I do and NO ANSWER. You say "Press 2 to speak to an agent", NO ANSWER again!!

I need internet access for work ASAP! I can't be owing for something I hardly used. Thats why you delivered a new one to rectify you issue.

You're saying I'm owing R748.00 for WiFi that was inactive for more than +20 days.

Didn't you deliver me a new Rain sim card so I can call and have you credit me those days? Same calls you haven't been answering since last Friday?
