Rain may l get a refund?

l bought a R499 sim card from rain and they assured me it would work in my area, Observatory Capetown Groote Schuur hospital. l got the line and it surely did not work, tried it on so many devices and it didn't work. Resorted to them giving me a refund and they did not respond since l made them aware that their simcard is not working. l made them aware a few days after l let them know.
