Rain Making promises that they don't keep

Making promises that they don't keep and maybe follow up once but never again just saying they will escalate. Our router stopped working and we called and they told us the router range was faulty and they will escalate. Every time same thing over and over again. Two times now over the phone they told us the courier will be in touch with us to send us a new router. It has almost been 2 months now. Every time I call now to ask for assistance they say it has been logged and will escalate. Nobody is phoning us back. Twice we had phone calls dropped in our ears so we have to phone back. We had a promise that a manager will be in touch with us being that we are not getting anywhere but no one has called. Paying for service we are not getting We never had problems with Rain service and internet but there customer care and people skills are non-existent
