Rain makes it difficult to cancell their service on purpose.
I cancelled my service in January but rain is still debiting my account 5 months later. I still requested a refund on the 28th last month but to this day I have not received my money, instead I keep getiing excuses when I call.

12 Jun 2024, 10:26I took the liberty to call again today since I have not received any form of communication from you, but now it looks like you are deliberately delaying my refund since I have been told to wait another 7 days. Why is it so diffifult to pay the refund when it was easy for you to debit my account even though I cancelled the service 5 months prior. This is very frustrating and uneccessary.
