Rain *******ly charged me for a subscription I never agreed to

I was informed by your employee in store I would need to pay manually each month and I would not be billed manually. I have been charged 2x months now I didnt agree to and your call center refuses to give me a refund for those 2x months. My reference number for the call is #***5 - I spoke to Aishwarya and her supervisor Nikhil. They were unhelpful. If you do not provide me with a refund I will be going to the Consumer Goods and Services Ombudsman. This is ******* of you.
