Rain LTE is the worst network

We have experienced no network 2 weeks at a time with Rain LTE. Phoning the call centre is super frustrating as they escalate matters and the advance team will phone back. This never happens

Thank you for replying but this is what I hear everytime I phone in. And still no internet. No one has yet to make contact but quick enough to take the monies
