Rain LTE dissapoints

Ridiculous. It has been a whole month and still no progress on our Rain (LTE) internet service (R479/month 4G). Not even the outdoor antenna that Rain sent us is working. And nothing has come from promises of the technical people contacting us within 2 and 24 hours. Speeds of well below 1Mbits/sec. Clearly the service is too congested. This is unacceptable. Paying for a service that we are not getting. Time to make a noise further afield.
