Rain _ lousy internet *******

This is one loudest internet provider there it and what's more infuriating is the fact that you email their customer service but no one bothers to get back to you let alone have your issue resolved. They pride themselves in *********** people.

Their reception is worse in areas around Soweto which leaves on wondering if this is deliberate conduct all network providers adhere to seemingly for just users/customers around Soweto and neighbouring areas.

I'm appalled by their level of contempt and will no longer recommend nor use it again. Rain, Vodacom and Telkom are just useless!!!
