i have been a loyal customer for a long time. since you guys have introduced your 5g packages in "selected" areas we the 4g users have been neglected and suffering in silence. at this point i cant even connect 2 devices to my router. even with 1 device connected there is never really reception. one cant even view status updates on whatsapp.

ohh i have been rebooting my router and i optimized it to various signal posts. i even took the sim in a phone to one of the spots u guys say there is a signal post but still couldn't log onto google or send whatsapp messages

i refuse to use you terrible network. the main reason i bought this was for working from home but now i end up buying prepaid data from my service provider (cell c) and it works like a bomb.
