Rain loss of internet a day after payment and once paid still no internet access

Hi. I usually pay my rain on the 26th of each month. Yesterday I got a message that my payment is over due. Payment was made today but now I have no internet access. I am very disappointed in your service. I have never had a problem and I have had my rain well over year. Very quick to respond to my request when I was make a query yesterday about it saying I owe when I knew I had paid last month and it wasnt even time for me to pay this month. If I do not have my internet back soon or latest tomorrow afternoon I will be canceling. Very disappointing.
