Rain - losing signal more and more
Why is Rain's signal dropping constantly? We are paying for a service and the service is beginning to look like the government is involved.. in other word.. soon to be f...ed??

We dont need anybody to get in touch. We need Rain to supply constant internet service as it is what we are paying for. Just fix the signal problem and everyone is happy.

05 Dec 2024, 07:25So... Yesterday 4 Dec 2024 RAIN had no service in the Benoni area. From 17:30 till approx 19:00 NO SIGNAL!! Tuesday rain said there is a error at the tower and the technician is working on it... guess they were lying because yesterday again NO SIGNAL.
So the question is... how will RAIN refund customers that is paying for a service and for more than 2 hours did not receive this service?

05 Dec 2024, 17:11Again.. today 5.12.2024 from 16:10 the signal drops! Then it take a few minutes then there is a signal only for a few minutes then it drop again? What the hell is going on? Is this the preview to cancellations?
