RAIN LOOP ZONE

I app**** for Rain loop zone, I wanted to top up data, but I couldn't. The new applicant is not user friendly compared to the old one. I have been struggling for 3 days now and no help. You call support and spend R100 to R150 air time it's not going through. I wanted to cancel this loop devise and take the 101 5g, cause is useless. Poor service with rain lines. You send emails, the only response you received is auto response. I regret applying for it. I won't advise anyone to apply for it. 💔💔💔
