RAIN LOOP

I app**** for a Rain Loop on July i paid for it and received it they called me trying to locate my Zone i dont know what they did because it did not connect, they called me to bring it back they will give me the new one i personal go to Kempton park branch when i get there i had to pay again because i needed the loop i paid, the consultant named Hlengiwe called again saying I wont pay for august Premium thats how they are making it up to me On August the premium debited i was not refunded till to date and it was their fault i am not happy about the service i will not recommend them to any one
