Rain looking for money years after you pay your last bill and cancel your contract

We're really sorry your rain experience hasn't been as good as you expected. We're going to get on this asap. This was Rain response, We're going to get to you asap. No response up to date. And i do not believe they will respond at all. This is there modes operant a. And i still receive no feedback on my Ref no. And why did they took years before they notify me of any money outstanding. They Rain told me in the passed if i pay my last bill and cancel my contract they will supply me with a ref no. I paid my last bill and they Rain except my payment and cancel my contract and on the same time supply me with a ref no. Now after years the want a another payment. They do nor recognize there one Ref no. Why? Rain do business only on telephone, be careful, there Ref number is no prove even they claim they record telephone conversations. Make sure you ask for prove. Thank you rain.
