Rain logistics department useless

I'm so angry at Rain now. On the 27th September 2021. I did an upgrade from 4G unlimited to 5G unlimited. I'm still waiting for delivery today the 6rh. I spoke to Joseph at customer service on the 5th said he is escalating Matter to logistics nothing happened. I spoke to lady by Nokwanda this morning nothing happened. I spoke to Mapula around 1pm she wanted to escalate matter for 3rd time, I asked for team leader Then Itumeleng mokgethi said will try to assist me but he is not winning as well. What is happening with Rain logistics department. Mina I want the 5G Router and simcard delivered tomorrow morning by my door.
