Rain Limit - One Home Use Only ?

It might be shocking that Rain has no understanding of its client base - once in their system if you want another rain for your other home in another town - you will be forced to take our Rain Business as they as a company say " non of their clients have two or three homes " . Ever heard of a company limitings itself - Rain is it . I went in JHB two weeks ago to get a Rain System for my JHB apartment which I use five days every month and was told I could not get another Rain Home System as I am existing client - just crazy .
