RAIN likes you to pay for non working 5G, struggling for a refund

This ISP is the slowest, non supportive!!! Ive sent back the 5G router they sent after confirming my address will have signal. No such luck. Waiting 7 days now for my R700 refund and nobody is responding to my querries on their website support page. I will never ever recommend RAIN to anyone ever
