Rain likes to ***** your money even though you've closed your account and they've collected their router

My experience with you has been nothing but appalling.

I used your service for a while but due to latency and connectivity issues, I was forced to get fibre installed for what I am needed to do online.

I cancelled my account with you guys at the end of July, and you guys came and collected the router on the 11th of September, but I haven't been using your services since the fibre was installed mid August. I cancelled my account with you guys, the router has been collected, yet I'm still charged at the end of September for a service that I've not been using. I want my money back.
