RAIN like it WBS roots was amazing but now sucks

We have been having perpetual issues with connectivity since we installed but it was manageable, however in the last month we have been losing connection for 15-45 minutes at a time. This escalated to a complete outage last week, wednesday 29/09, which restored itself after a few hours. Then Thursday 30/09 it went down completely. Half a dozen calls later and 3 separte escalations to the Network department and we are still down. I am at the point where if someone tries to placate me with "I understand your frustration" once more I think it will result in some form of coronary issue.
