Rain - Lights on but nobody at home
Joining Rain is like joining a cult. They quick to answer your calls to sign up, but almost impossible to reach when you have an issue.
Our modem worked for a while, but now we have no service. Lights on, but nobody home.
Sim cards are a joke. Only managed to activate one of them but been an absolute nightmare. Nobody can make calls to me.
Trying to cancel service, miraculously got through to them, but as soon as they heard we wanted to cancel, we mysteriously lost contact.

20 Dec 2023, 08:22Hi, I need help from you again please. We need to port the number that we ported to Rain back to cell c. I cannot receive any calls on rain. Only make outgoing calls. This is radiculous and unacceptable. I went to Vodacom yesterday to see if we could port the number. They sent a message to rain to request it, but it was declined today. I need some answers please. This is not acceptable because the service doesn't work.

Please supply an email address that will be responded to. The phoneline is hopeless. I have also requested a call on the app with the alternative number to call us on.
