Do not sign up with rain as your internet provider. They commit *****, theft as well as false advertising. They make you believe that you sign up for a fixed monthly subscription but when they bill you it is double to tripple the amound. Every month they claim you owe them. They took from a R559/month package, they debited me R700 and still claims I owe them after the adverti*****t said " first month is for free". They lie, when you phone in to sort out the problem, they claim the special or promotion has passed the previous year. VP Radio Global did that test for you as consumer, and they did exactly the same with the second package we obtained a year later. The same lies and the same bull**** stories and accounting. Double the bill after they were paid. And don't dare to phone them, they just yell and scream at you like you are there lesser at home. It is a muslim compony from Durban.
