Rain lies
If I could give 0 stars, I would. Zero integrity, don't follow their own rules, abhorrent communication. Don't believe their agents on anything, because they will take your money when you cancel. Rather use Level 7.

04 Nov 2021, 18:53I had a 5g router in an area that isnt 5g. That was fine, at least I had 4g and I has internet.
Then, all of a sudden, I no longer had internet at all. A call centre agent sent out a technician, who informed me that I would no longer be getting any signal at all, because I am outside a 5g area. I cancelled my rain agreement, because why in God's name would I keep paying for something I didn't use. Tain couldn't even contact me to tell me that my internet wouldn't be working.
When I cancelled, I informed your agent that I would not be paying, seeing as I had to deal with this nonsense. YOUR AGENT then said there was no usage on the sim and there would be no payment. I took that at face value and ordered a new router from a more reliable provider.
Then the payment date came and the payment was taken. I queried this, only to be told that there was usage and no refund would be given. AFTER an agent had told me that there was no usage. I was met with zero humanity or respect, and responded in kind. Rain had not been taking payments from my account in MONTHS, then when it was convenient for them, the transaction suddenly went through?? Like... ***??
You had no authorisation to take this money, yet you did and refused to budge.
I was impatient and rude, but only because this is what I was met with.
