Rain **** to us about their service!!

My Rain connection is so bad I can't have an online meeting without it cutting. I disconnect all devices and it still happens. I have called, and called, and called. Nothing has changed. It's actually getting worse. Every time I call, a consultant tells me they will escalate the matter but no ones calls me and it doesn't get better. But they know to debit my account every month without fail. Why don't they use that money to upgrade their infrastructure so that it's not so clogged up. I'm so tired of this. Does anyone know of an alternative please?
