Rain leaches

Hi I answered the call but I didn't hear anyone I kept saying hello but no answer., I need to arrange then for the last post payment for March for the end of May, please contact me

Rain Collections called me for the Outstanding amount for May. However, at the end of May, I complained on HelloPeter about the poor to almost no internet speeds and trying to debit on dates that I didn't approve, and a gentleman from Rain contacted me that and told me that they cancelled my subscription and arranged for CCD Couriers to collect the router and that there wouldnt be anymore debit order attemps, and they collected on the 2nd of April the router and now Rain is trying to debit from my bank account after Cancelling my subscrition and Collecting the router, isnt that *****ing?

Please do so as I'm getting annoyed by these blunders and unprofessionalism, I can't understand how departments pass on info to one another and they can't execute cancellations as I see so many ex customers complain about canceled and routers returned and you guys still continued to debit from them.

I hope so because you guys already tried 3 times yesterday on Saturday the 25th to debit from my account and the charges are R8.50 each time for insufficient funds and I'm getting sick and tired of it , how can you guys do that, I'm pretty sure there are laws against that and I'm going to find out

Okay and is it noted that the subscription is cancelled and Router returned because I don't want issues later saying that the subscription is still active when it's cancelled and CCD collected begining of April

I am still getting calls from collection department sating that I still owe money but in the previous response I was told that the amount is cleared and confirm that the subscription is cancelled. So what is going on over there are the departments sending mixed information to one another?
