Rain lacks support on their

A week ago I posted review about Rain's deteriorating connection speed from the week I posted my review as compared to the day I contracted with Rain,April 2020. The Internet Service provider promptly rep**** to my review and promised that a consultant will contact me as soon as possible, I have been waiting for that consultant for the past 2 weeks. Maybe it is still not soon enough or possible for them to contact me while my experience with their service is not improving by a single bit, If anyone can recommend any LTE provider with faster network, I would appreciate. As soon as I find an alternative, I will cancel my subscription with this provider. Even when i login to my account takes almost 2 minutes, a simple dashboard/login page on their website.
