Rain lacks support and dedication towards customers

I bought a 4G sim card - Rain's website indicated that the location that I would be using would have signal. The delivery process was nothing short of a nightmare but when I eventually had the sim card, there was no internet - absolutely no support from rain to try and fix the problem - as they claim it is the router that is the problem - they have no contact details and they just decide whether they want to help or not.

Duiker Street Buffels Baai, Vodafone 4G router - Tried MULTIPLE routers in different stores in Gauteng and Sedgefield, never worked - something wrong with the sim card, could be settings or the sim card itself - it doesn't work! Please don't give the routers the blame again as it did work for a while in pretoria - there is 4G signal in Buffelsbaai

It did when I bought it! and I had my brother assisting me before the purchase, we made sure that it had coverage before going ahead.
