Rain lack of support , charged even though Rain Technicians unable to assist with access to network

Bought Sim card from , promptly delivered, Techinicans unable to assist with configurin router for internet access. 7 days passed free usage expited now being billed for off peak unlimited and noa access to rain network . Call centre staff on duty 7 Septemeber 2019 extemely unhelpful, and very quick to hangup .

Staff of the 1 September were a delight to work with albeight issue not resolved . No refunds available no reparations , Telkom fares much better . !!
