Rain lack of support

This is the worst company to deal with. You cant access the support centre to sort out issues, it took them a week to replace my faulty sim card and it still doesn't work. No one is p****red to help after so many tickets were send from the Rain app for assistance....nothing. I strongly discourage anyone to get involved with Rain. They will take your money, but are not prepared to assist with issues on their system.
