Rain Lack Of Service but quick to debit account

I have been logging calls with Rain for my Wi-Fi connection / lack thereof. I was promised a new router which I still have not received. As a self employed individual, I rely on connectivity to do business daily in this country where unemployment is so rife.

I am flabbergasted that my account keeps being debited, even after I have requested the account to be closed due to no service. I have been logging calls and going on the app to request assistance and a refund again no help insight.

Hi,

Please also arrange my refund as communicated and requested. Please let me know when I can expect the refund, it’s been two months of payments and NO connection.

I am self employed and working from home I can’t afford not to have internet. Nor can I afford to pay for a service and not receive it

Your Router was finally Collected yesterday Wednesday, 13th March
I’ll ask this Big Question again ** When can I expect my refund for the debit on my account??

I knew there was going to be a story after you’ve collected the router. But I’m glad I can now use other service providers that actually render a service!
