Rain lack of service

I bought a rain sim card from take a lot and I made a payment of 479 for 24/7 4G on the 24/05/2020, the money went from my account but they told me no, I need to make another payment because it doesn't appear on their system, so I need to make another and they will refund me, I made the second payment but still when I got to their site to activate the sim card that i have, am asked to make another payment. I tried to contact them via email they take hours to respond with no solution, they asked to check the network coverage of which it appears that my area is has coverage, now am stuck with simcard that is useless and they are not refunding me.
