Rain, lack of customer support

I have been trying to contact Rain for the past month. I have requested numerous callbacks, have logged an enquiry and received a ticket number. Finally got through on their *** to the answering service and waited over 5 minutes before ending the call. I am.in need of assistance with a variety of issues. I receive missed calls, without the phone ever ringing. I am unable to place calls and I would like to change the numbers connected to Rain without canceling the service
