Rain lack of Customer service and failure to deliver

I have in my life never received such terrible service as with Rain! I ordered my device on the 1st of April 2020. Because of lockdown they stated that delivery will take 3 to 6 business days instead of the usual 3 business days. delivery never happened. after numerous e-mails via their Support option on their website, I received a phone call on the 24th of April by one of their operators to say that I will receive the order by no later than the 27th of April....NOTHING. No response from my continued e-mails just nothing. I now had enough and cancelled the order. I'm not sure when I will receive my refund of R999! I would like to warn everyone that is reading this post to please consider any other provider than Rain. I've had some terrible service by ISP's in the past but none of them compared to Rain's lack of service. I do not even want to give them this rating of 1 star as this in my opinion is still too good for them.
