rain krappy speeds and connectivity

this rain network is so bad that i have switch off my streaming box and watch ovhd. its really appalling how they take your from your account every month but provide ******* service. my speed was so bad for the entire day 0.02 mbos which is a joke upon this annoying company. every agent who gives you a miracle call will give you a different excuse. I'm so dam fed up with this nonsense. unfortunately theres no fibre in my area and other network uncapped packages are too expensive. can icasa not step in and make this company to sort out their issues and stop *********** the customers.
