RAIN KNOWS HOW TO TAKE MONEY BUT RENDER NO SERVICE

I'm here on behalf of my mother who took out a package with you guys, but through utter disregard, my mother is INCONVINIENCED, having to use my airtime that Rain nor CCD will reimburse, and being **** to by every agent my mother speaks to after 12 today.... PATHETIC, you already have my money but I get this as service!
