I cancelled my sim card way before my next payment date of 25th August. To my surprise there was an amount to pay even though I was on unlimited WiFi. I usually pay R479 but apparently I owed R360. So now it says in an email 'log in and selected "pay now" to settle account's

I have not done that yet. So this month 25th September I was debited TWICE!!! R400 and R360 or something. Why??? Why! Because I do not even an active account for a SIM on the app anymore because it is CANCELLED!! I didn't even use any data because the SIM card was paused or whatever. Whyyyyy are you taking my money??
