Rain keeps quiet when time to refund!!
I contacted Rain (02.06.2022)to assist me with WiFi at my home. They offered me a package for R349.99. I paid for it via a sms link they sent to me. After I made payment I was told I would get my package in 2 days. Package was sent to the courier company which I did receive a call for delivery. Due to the fact I was not at home, and they couldn't leave the package with a third party which I understood, I then requested for a full refund of my money. **Ref ***** this reference was given to me on Monday (06.06.22) it's now Wednesday (08.06.22) and no one has contacted me for my refund!! I have signed up with Vox since then and I want my full refund of R350.00 and I want it immediately. I am entitled to my refund according to CPA
