Rain keeps on debiting my account for a router that is not working- They do not want to cancel my account nor collect their useless router

I cancelled my rain account last month only for them to deduct still at the beginning of October, and now i see on the website that my next debit order will go off in November i am currently not sure what rain wants from me because i have been waiting for someone to come collect their useless router that does not work and yet when it comes to taking money from my account they never fail. Its sad that i will have to change my card just because rain does not cancel this stupid service
