Rain keeps harassing me for non payment after I cancelled.

Would give 0 stars if possible. At this point Rain is and has bee harassing me for months.

I ordered and paid for a 4G uncapped rain subscription, it didnt work in my area and cancelled it 2 days later. Not only did they not refund me the initial amount, they took almost 6 months to send a courier to pick up their router.

They have been calling me regarding non payment for almost a year, I keep telling them that I cancelled it immediately and it is their own fault for not collecting the router, but they keep harassing me. I keep blocking any and all rain numbers that try to call me. This happens almost daily.
