Rain keeps disappointing

I bought a sim card on Friday last week and chose the rain delivery option which includes Rica. Upon checking whether the sim card was active on the myrain app I noticed that my payment was not processed and the system stated "payment not complete" furthermore nor does the system show delivery of the sim card; system shows "queued for delivery". I launched a ticket to resolve this issue and enquire how long would it take for the sim card to be active. When contacted by the agent, she could not explain why my payment is showing an incomplete status nor the queued delivery whereas the simcard has been delivered and I have paid the upfront payment. Furthermore, the sim card is still not active and can not use it to date. I have not been received any feedback regarding what could be causing delays and when this will be resolved.
