Rain keeps deducting money from my account even after I have cancelled their services

Can you please explain why you guys are still deducting money from my bank account? You guys are ****en annoying me now. Please refund my money and stop deducting money from my bank account. I have no sim or router with me from Rain, I have not used Rain internet for two months now but you are still deducting my money.

Please refund my money NOW.

You are the worst service provider I have ever dealt with.

Now you have deducted R249.50 for what? Last month you deducted R447.39.

You guys said I need to return the router and 5G card in order for my refund of R447.39 to happen.

The router and sim card was collected and delivered to you but you haven't reversed that money, instead you went ahead and deducted another R249.50, for what?
