Rain keeps debiting my account even after cancelling account
I cancelled my husband's account which was in my name and had been outstanding since 2021. I was not aware that because he lost his bank card the debit orders did not go through. Rain did not contact us to rectify the issue but instead handed us over to debt collectors. I paid the outstanding amount in November of R314 and requested that the account be closed. 1 December 2023 i was debited again. What the hell rain. I WANT MY REFUND.

You debited my account with R193 yet i requested for it to be cancelled. I have received another email that the debit order will go off on the 2nd of January. Can you refund me of my R193 and can you CANCEL the account!!!! This is ridiculous honestly. Now you are responding to say my account is on zero balance as if that was the query. I said give me back my R193 and close this account. I regret ever opening an account with you.
