Rain Keeps Charging Me While Ignoring Their Promises

I am extremely frustrated with Rain’s service. I missed one payment in April prior to that, I had always paid on time. Since then, I have been trying to resolve my arrears, but instead of helping, Rain has allowed the balance to keep increasing, even though I am not using the service.

I contacted Rain’s support team multiple times. One agent promised to escalate my case to his team leader and “rectify the issue,” but I never received any feedback or solution. Meanwhile, the arrears continue to grow, and I am repeatedly harassed with messages and calls demanding payment for a service I cannot even use.

This is unacceptable, unfair, and reflects extremely poor customer service. I demand that this matter be urgently investigated, the arrears corrected, and a clear resolution provided immediately. Rain must stop ignoring their own promises.
