Rain keeps billing cancelled accounts

I cancelled my rain last month and was billed again on 1 September 2021??? I have no more rain services so don't know why im still being billed. Im happily ever after with my new ISP, kindly arrange Full cancellation of this and a refund for the almost R500 taken from my card for this months upfront payment as it has been cancelled along time before the end of the month. Thank you simcard has been cancelled long before end of last month as you can see.
