Rain keep taking my money- i closed my contract

I am extremely disappointed with Rain. I cancelled my contract on time, yet I continue to get debited every month. I called your customer service team and they confirmed that my account was closed — so why am I still being charged?

This is unacceptable and feels like I’m being billed for a service I no longer have. I expect an urgent correction, a refund for all incorrect debits, and confirmation that my account is fully closed.

Do better. This experience has been nothing but frustrating.
